Two more sculptures were damaged a day after going on display.
The vandalism was caught on camera outside Worcester sewage works on Bromwich Parade at about 01:00 BST.
Sgt Sam Mott said: “I appreciate the footage does not give a clear image of the two suspects, but I ask that anyone comes forward with any information if they recognise their clothing or mannerisms, or if they saw two people in the area heading towards Bromwich Parade at the time of the incident.
“The footage shows one suspect filming the damage being caused and perhaps you have seen this footage being shared somewhere.
“This incident has brought great upset to so many people in our community, any information you have may help us find those responsible”.
