BAY CITY, Mich.— Bay City is unveiling a new public art project.
The Jefferson Project’s Sculpture Garden & Park is part of the larger Jefferson Project, an art district that offers a creative space for artists in the community to come together.
The sculpture park doubles as an outdoor art gallery with a mix of permanent and temporary exhibitions that showcases local, regional and national artists.
There is also a garden, a market area, and an amphitheater.
