Local craft fairs and art markets offer residents the perfect way to support local artists while finding one-of-a-kind artwork, write Anne E. Hill and Olivia Stefano for Main Line Today.
Here are three upcoming craft fairs where you can find handmade crafts and home goods this fall.
Clover Market—Kennett Square. Set for Oct. 19 from 10 AM to 4 PM, this art market will feature a wide range of retail items from over ninety vendors. Shop for jewelry, candles, home goods, fine art, clothing, antiques, and more, and enjoy food trucks and drink vendors throughout. Admission is free, and the market also hosts additional locations throughout the fall in Bryn Mawr, Collingswood, and Chestnut Hill.
Autumn Fine Craft Fair—West Chester. On Nov. 1 and 2, the Chester County Craft Guild will host a wide range of art vendors from all across the region. Shoppers can find handmade fine art, fiber art, pottery, woodwork, and photography, all with free admission and accessible parking.
Sip & Shop Craft Fair—Paoli. On Nov. 7, enjoy this art market hosted by Paoli Fire Company indoors at the fire station. Find jewelry, home décor, embroidery, and woodworking items from thirty-five artisans alongside food, drinks, and raffles for a perfect day of fall fun.
