Barlow Fine Art in Thornham welcomes a host of exciting new creators for its Christmas exhibition.
The pieces of art on display at the venue can be seen from now until Sunday, January 3.
Toby Barlow, of Barlow Fine Art, said there are some “extraordinary artists” on show this festive season, including some who are exhibiting for the first time.

“We are proud to welcome Georgie Harrison, Edward Donald and Christopher Townsend,” he said.
“We are thrilled to show works from the supremely talented Georgie Harrison, known as Gee By The Sea, whose incredible seascapes have won acclaim across the art world. She recently won the prestigious Windsor and Newton Prize at the Royal Society of Marine Artists, a major accolade.”
Georgie said: “I am super delighted to be exhibiting four originals at the beautiful Barlow Fine Art in Norfolk this Christmas. I find that painting is a fine balance between spontaneity and knowledge.

“I fell in love with the ocean during lockdown, when daily walks along the coastline reminded me how calming and therapeutic it can be.
“Painting became my way of bringing that feeling home and sharing it with others. I love creating personal, unique pieces that reconnect people with special memories.”
Another artist featuring in the gallery for the first time is Christopher, who works from a studio next to Jeremy Clarkson’s ‘Farmer’s Dog’ pub in the Cotswolds.

Christopher’s sculptures reflect his surroundings, showcasing agricultural links to the land, earth and landscape. Working with steel, found metal, stone and wood, his pieces exude natural energy.
Edward is another “exciting” artist to feature. Toby said: “I really like the fact that he offers a completely different take on highly relatable products that we are all highly familiar with; deeply textured works on an otherwise flat surface.
“A label is a label, and a logo is a logo, but he manages to create texture to give his paintings of iconic brands life, making them three-dimensional. His are pieces that would lift the spirits in any space.”
Toby added: “Our Christmas exhibition contains something for everyone, at a variety of price points. We are looking forward to showcasing these works in our space on the Coast Road in Thornham across the festive period, and who knows, they may take home a rather special Christmas gift!”
Other artists featured include John Walsom ROI, Peter Graham, ROI RSW, and Robert King, RSMA RI.
The exhibition will be open on Mondays between 10am-6pm, Tuesdays and Sundays by appointment, and Wednesday to Saturday from 10-6pm.
