The Pollinator Park will provide a vibrant space for visitors to explore, offering opportunities to learn more about local biodiversity as it comes into bloom for the season.

A special family-friendly event will take place on Monday 25th May, marking the arrival of a new Swift bird sculpture, created by renowned willow artist Ruth Thompson.

Commissioned as part of Dalton Park’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, the sculpture forms part of a wider rewilding initiative, including the introduction of Swift nesting boxes.

Centre Manager Richard Kaye said: “We’re incredibly proud to see the continued growth of our Pollinator Park and the positive impact it’s having on local wildlife.”
