Sculpture exhibition opens in gardens for limited time

The Cookham Festival Sculpture Garden, held in The Odney Club’s grounds, closes today, Sunday 17th May.

Throughout the event attendees were charged a £5 entry fee to support Cookham Festival Charities.

Visitors could also explore 95 acres of grounds, including the listed English Heritage Lulle Brook, with 160 sculptures on display.

The exhibition featured work from 31 artists, with 15 newcomers this year.

The sculptures ranged in price and size, catering to various preferences and budgets.

A marquee hosted nine 2D artists’ paintings, arranged by Sarah Pye.

The exhibition offers a rare chance to admire both the art and the gardens, with refreshments available on the terrace.

The venue is open daily from 10am to 5pm – so there is still time to head down for a final visit.
