Award-winning artist Jeanie Gordon led a successful miniature painting workshop Thursday at the Upper Ohio Valley Museum and Learning Center at the Louis Holtz Hall of Fame in East Liverpool. Participants learned about the history and traditions of miniature painting as well as developed some technical skills.
