FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A new art installation at Hector International Airport is giving a local doctor turned photographer a chance to display his art.
The art is part of the latest partnership between artWORKS and Hector airport.
The pictures were taken by Dr. David Clardy, who is a cardiologist with Sanford Health.
The six photographs are from his many trips he takes around the world. The pictures at Hector were taken during his trips across the globe.
Clardy says his interest in photography began in 1999 and the hobby has helped him meet people in the community.
“I enjoy photography. I enjoy the different photo opportunities and also working with some of the photographers here in the area. I’ve learned quite a bit from them,” Clardy said.
The photos are on display above the airport’s baggage claim. This is the seventh year artWORKS has partnered with the airport.
